THE PRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY

CONDOR PADURARU LTD is a private company established in 1994, located in the south area of Romania – Olt County, with a solid reputation in the Romanian construction field.

Our company has as the main activity all range of works in the field of constructions and installations to civil and industrial goals and offer promptly guarantee and quality for the performed works. Our company is endowed with all kind of technological outfits necessary for the execution of the contracted buildings, also having a high qualified staff in the field.

Since 2001 we had the performance of obtaining the SRAC ISO 9002/94 Certificate concerning the maintenance of the quality in the national civil & public constructions and since 2004 we had obtained ISO 9001:2000 no. 609.

Since 2002 we obtained IQ NET Certificate regarding the maintenance of construction’s quality at international standards.

We also obtained the following certificates: OHSAS 18001:1999, ISO 9001:2000, SR EN ISO 9001:2001, OHSAS 18001:2004, ISO 14001:2004, SR EN ISO 14001:2005.

Since 2011 we obtained SR EN ISO 9001:2008, SR EN ISO 14001:2008, SR EN ISO 18001:2008,

Regarding our national recognition & awards, we are glad to mention that CONDOR PADURARU  has obtained in 2000 and 2004, Place 2 in the Top of Companies made by Commerce & Agricultural Chamber of Olt County.

OUR STAFF

The General Manager and, in the same time, the unique shareholder of the company is Mr. Ion Viorel Paduraru - Engineer with more than 25 years experience in civil and industrial constructions. He is assisted in his activity by the Technical Manager – with 49 years experience in the construction field, the Managers of Economical, Marketing and Administrative Departments, also an Assistant Manager – an young, dynamic and enthuziast team.

Chief of the Departament / Laboratory Emilia Tudor, with advanced knowledge and practice in the construction research.

Over 200 qualified employees can provide you the best services, their experience and their power of work. Our employees are high trained, and specialized in the execution of buildings works in fields of activity as: masons, house painters, painters, bricklayers, locksmiths, welders, welders in aluminum, carpenters, mosaic-workers, marble-workers, parquent layers, mechanics upkeeping outfits, drivers and personal staff for harming.

Our company provides for the unnative staff places the accomodation in our own unfamilymen hostels, when they work with other companies in Slatina.

For the works performed in others localities, the accomodation is done in hotel hostel for unfamilymen, in the respective localities.

Our company has a performant endowment consisting of:

Our company has one of the most performing concrete station in the south area of Romania. Our concrete station is authorized and certified with RI-341/02.11.2009.

- SORTING STATION.
Our sorting station is authorized and certified with SGA No 331/07.07.2009.

- FIREPROOF CERTIFICATE : No. 1615265/12.09.2008.

- LAB EXPERIMENTS LEVEL III IN BUILDINGS.
Authorized & certified with 1942/11.12.2009 Certificate.

- STONE EXTRACTION MILCOV.
Autorization 236/17.09.2008 and Extraction License 12771/16.12.2001.
